Based on the effects similar reports have had on the related stock's price in previous cases, I decided to enter a short position as soon as possible once I knew the ticker. Using BookTrader at Interactive Brokers gave me the best opportunity to get my entry order filled quickly. In 34 seconds I was able to lock in a profit of $282.
